With all the unknown going on around us, it's no surprise many are struggling with anxiety. In this workshop, we will look at 3 components of anxiety (physical, psychological and spiritual) and learn different coping skills to handle our fear, stress, and anxiety. This workshop is experiential in that it includes a lot of biblical imagery and mindfulness activities. It's designed to help you feel more deeply connected to Jesus, and feel more confident in handling anxiety now and in the future.
